Unfortunately, we do not offer interior cleaning services; however, we provide complimentary self-service detail amenities, such as vacuums and microfiber towels, with any wash.

Almost! If you have any questions or concerns, please ask a Team Member, and we will be happy to help before you enter the wash tunnel.

It's important to note that we are ONLY responsible for car wash malfunctions or employee errors. For a full list of our safety requirements and vehicle restrictions, please visit our Safety page.

Yes. However, the beds must be completely free of any kind of debris and/or loose objects. It’s for the safety of your truck and other vehicles. We kindly ask that you empty the bed area beforehand.

All trailer hitches must be removed before entering the wash. It's for the safety of both your vehicle and our equipment, while giving your ride the best wash possible!

A Team Member will safely guide you into the tunnel. Once you're there, put the car in neutral and take your hands off the wheel. Then enjoy the Suds Show!

The earlier, the better! While we do our best to accommodate all donation requests, it must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event for consideration.

ZIPS Car Wash offers one of the largest car wash networks in the U.S., with over 250 locations. With a ZIPS Car Wash Fleet Account, your vehicles can stay clean, no matter where your business takes you.

We accept Check, Credit Card or EFT.

Our Fleet customers enjoy daily car washes (up to twice a day with the Pay Per Vehicle plan), unlimited self-serve vacuuming and detail amenities, and access to any ZIPS Car Wash location, all at a discounted rate!

Fleet Accounts are flexible both in the number of vehicles and the type of washes included in your plan. We'll customize a Fleet Account quote to best fit the needs of your business. Fill out the Fleet Inquiry Form to get the conversation started.

We assign fundraisers a ZIPS Car Wash based on proximity, so you get to host your event at the ZIPS within your community!

The selected location is based on your organization's address and the nearest ZIPS location entered in the interest form.

Yes! ZIPS Car Wash proudly supports community organizations through our fundraising programs. Simply submit a fundraiser request, and a Team Member will reach out to sort out all the details.

All ZIPS Car Wash fundraisers consist of preselling our car washes digitally, which are redeemable at your community's assigned ZIPS Car Wash location.

We'll issue you a unique, designated fundraiser page that all participants will use to presell washes specifically for your organization. 50% of the proceeds from Premier and Pro car washes sold during your event (purchased through your fundraiser's page) will be donated directly to your organization.

We strongly recommend using Stripe to receive payments when you partner with us for a fundraiser - learn more about that here. Raised funds may then be deposited into this Stripe account weekly during your fundraiser period.

We partner with a variety of non-profit organizations, including schools, sports teams, faith-based organizations, first responders, military support groups, animal shelters, and community health initiatives.

We do not offer fundraisers for individuals, political activities, or for-profit organizations.

We encourage all organizations partnering with ZIPS for a fundraiser to set up a Stripe account. All transactions through Stripe are secure and fast. If your organization does not have an existing account, contact your leadership team for your account information and set one up before completing the request form.

Alternatively, we can mail a physical printed check to the address associated with your organization. Please note that it can take up to 60 days to receive your check after the end of the fundraiser, and you will need to provide an up-to-date W9 for your organization.

Fundraisers are able to be held at any time of year! Submit your request, and our team will work with you to set the time frame that works best for your organization.

We recommend scheduling one at a time and evaluating its success before planning additional fundraisers.

We've found that the most successful fundraisers run for a period of two months, though we're happy to work with your organization to best serve your unique needs. Indicate your preferred timeframe in your request, and our team will work with you to finalize the details.

Absolutely! Digital flyers and promotional materials will be sent via email once your fundraiser is approved. Feel free to include them in email blasts, newsletters, or print them out!

If additional promotional items are needed, please discuss this with the ZIPS Car Wash Team Member supporting your event.

You may cancel your fundraiser with at least 72 hours' notice before the first day of your scheduled selling period by notifying the ZIPS Car Wash Team Member supporting your event.

If using our recommended Direct Deposit through Stripe method, your proceeds will be sent to your Stripe account weekly. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.

If you elected to be mailed a paper check, please allow up to 60 days follow the end of your fundraiser before contacting a ZIPS Team Member regarding payment.

Qualifying Premier and Pro wash sales supporting your fundraiser must be purchased online through your fundraiser's unique webpage. Meaning, your organization can sell car washes anytime, anywhere (within your selling period, of course)!

Following a wash sale through your fundraiser's page, the purchaser will be emailed a wash code to be redeemed at any time, exclusively at the ZIPS Car Wash location that partnered with you.

Promote, promote, promote!

Make sure your community is aware of and EXCITED for your fundraiser!

Use social media, newsletters, email blasts, community boards... the more washes sold, the more funds your organization will receive.

Only Premier and Pro car washes purchased through your fundraiser page will count toward your proceeds. Purchased washes are sent directly to each buyer via email and include a redemption code to be used at your assigned ZIPS Car Wash location.

While purchases of Premier and Pro washes can support your fundraiser, please note that gift card sales, Basic and Basic Plus washes do NOT count toward your proceeds.

Unfortunately, no. Fundraiser proceeds are based solely on Premier and Pro washes sold through your organization's fundraiser page during your selling period.

Enjoy up to 2 car washes per day, 7 days a week for as long as your membership is active.

And remember, you only have to swing by for a wash twice a month for the membership to start paying for itself!

Absolutely. With a network of over 200 car wash facilities across the U.S., the country's your oyster.

Just visit your local ZIPS Car Wash and let a Team Member know that you currently have a membership and need to update your vehicle information. We’ll take care of everything and provide you with a new RFID tag on the spot. You can also update your vehicle info in the app, but you'll still have to go to your local ZIPS Car Wash to pick up the new RFID tag.

If your ZIPS location doesn't utilize RFID windshield stickers, it means we rely on your license plate to identify the membership account. If your license plate has changed with your new vehicle, please ask a Team Member for assistance in updating your account.

Unfortunately, no-can-do. Each membership is tied to a specific vehicle by license plate and/or RFID windshield sticker that recognizes the account, opens the gate arm, and triggers the correct wash type in our tunnels.

We do offer multiple vehicle discounts in the ZIPS app! No matter your membership tier, add up to five additional vehicles to your account for just $20 a month. Download our app for all the details.

As a reminder, our Membership Terms of Use prohibit the resale or transfer of membership plans or RFID stickers to another vehicle or person. Additionally, dealer plates are prohibited from personal membership plans.

Not at all. Anyone can download the app and earn points for every dollar spent in it. Take advantage of app-exclusive deals, manage your membership, and even play a spin-to-win game for the chance to win wash discounts daily—all in the ZIPS app.

You'll even earn a free wash just for downloading it!

Open the ZIPS app and click "More" (the three dots in the bottom-right corner). Click on "User Settings" and from there, you can select "Manage Membership" to adjust your current membership plan, or "Manage Payment Methods" to add or change payment info.

On the very bottom of the screen while in the app, click on the "Garage" button (indicated by an icon of a car with another behind it). From there you can add and switch between vehicles.

You'll earn points whenever you make a purchase in the app. It's that simple! 1 point = 1 dollar spent in the app. Keep an eye out for Double Points Days—on those days, you'll earn double the points for every in-app purchase.

You can also earn points in our Spin to Win game. Once a day, go to the "Games" tab and open the Spin It! prize wheel. Then click to spin! You have a chance to win bonus points and $5 bill credits that will immediately go to your account.

The “Rewards” tab (indicated by a star icon) will be your home base for all things points-related. From this tab you can see how many points you have, review your points history and when points will expire, and redeem those points.

To use points, select “Redeem” next to the wash you want to exchange your points for. That wash will be loaded into your account immediately! When you’re ready to use it, visit any ZIPS location, pull up the “Washes” tab (indicated by a car icon surrounded by suds), and select the wash you’ve redeemed.

Please note that once you redeem points for a wash, you have six months to use that wash at any ZIPS location.

If you're a ZIPS Unlimited® member, you can also exchange points for in-app account credits that you can use to pay for your membership.
